About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Analyst to join our team at Pharmavite LLC. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, analyzing data, and optimizing supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and analyze inventory-related activities to ensure data integrity
  • Identify and resolve daily inventory discrepancies in collaboration with Logistics
  • Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to improve supply chain and inventory processes
  • Maintain inventory accuracies, data queries, analysis, and reporting
  • Analyze and review daily, weekly, and monthly cycle count metric reports
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing supply chain environment
  • Strong knowledge of data mining and reporting tools (e.g. Cetova, JDE, Power BI)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
