  • $175,000 to $195,000 Starting Base Salary, dependent upon experience

Job Description

The successful candidate will serve as both a clinical provider to clients (80% of work hours) and functions in a supervisory capacity (20% of work hours). As the lead provider, the new APP will be responsible for overseeing 2 APPs, 2 RNs, 2 Medical Assistants, and 3 clinical support team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shadowing providers for QA checks
  • Periodic chart reviews
  • Implementing goals
  • Coaching staff on safety and efficacy of treatments
  • Scheduling

As a clinician, the APP will see 10 to 12 clients per shift. The practice offers a wide variety of services, focused in the areas of anti-aging, Botox, CoolSculpting, non-surgical facelift, weight loss, tattoo removal, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • California NP or PA license
  • 3+ years experience in medical aesthetics
  • Previous supervisory, mentoring, etc. experience preferred
  • Must live within 10 miles of Valencia
