New U Therapy Center & Family Services, Inc. is a well-established multidisciplinary mental health practice located in the heart of Valencia. We are seeking dedicated and motivated Full-time and Part-time Licensed Psychotherapists to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

You will maintain a caseload of 30 active clients for full-time and 20 active clients for part-time, providing high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Helping clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
  • Completing clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
  • Actively participating as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.

What We Offer:

We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Competitive hourly rates: LMFT - $60-$70 per clinical hour; LCSW - $60-$75 per clinical hour; Licensed Psychologist - $80-90 per clinical hour.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $80,000 to $110,000 based on a 30-hour workweek and an average hourly rate of $67.50 (calculated from the competitive hourly rates mentioned above).
