Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our design team at Netforemost. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and attractive user interfaces, ensuring an excellent user experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and design functional and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for web and mobile products.
  • Conduct user research to understand their needs and expectations, translating these findings into efficient design solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that user interfaces align with product objectives and client requirements.
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand their design needs and provide solutions aligned with their expectations.
  • Participate in design reviews and propose improvements based on UI/UX best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a UI/UX designer with a solid portfolio demonstrating skills in Figma.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles (User-Centered Design).
  • Experience in creating interactive prototypes, mockups, wireframes, and user flows.
  • Ability to work with development teams and translate designs into functional products.
  • Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams, interpreting their design needs and offering optimal solutions.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with confidence to effectively communicate in meetings and presentations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
