Gopuff is seeking a skilled Part Time Key Holder to join our Retail Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and supporting your colleagues in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Manage the opening and closing of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for our customers.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during busy periods.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products to provide customers with personalized recommendations and advice.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and counting inventory, ensuring that we maintain accurate records and avoid discrepancies.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Technology: Operate various technologies, including scanners, cash registers, and other equipment, ensuring that they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Policies and Procedures: Familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures, ensuring that you understand your responsibilities and how to maintain a safe and secure environment for our customers.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and ensure that all transactions are processed correctly, providing customer receipts upon request and processing refunds and exchanges efficiently.
  • Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss, ensuring that our store remains a safe and welcoming space for all customers.
  • Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stock room, lockers, and bathrooms, promoting a positive and healthy work environment.
  • Training and Development: Train new colleagues on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards, empowering them to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: Ability to work flexible schedules, including peak hours and nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
  • Cash Handling Skills: Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
  • Team Orientation: Team-oriented mentality, prioritizing collaboration and teamwork over individual achievements.
  • Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, ensuring that you can safely and efficiently perform your duties.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in core subjects and essential skills.
