Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive business success.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Providing guidance and support to people managers on employee relations issues.
  • Establishing trusted partnerships with the business in your region.


We are Looking for:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Exceptional academic track records.
  • Proven experience in leading initiatives across regions within a technology business.
  • Regional HR experience within Latin America (Brazil and/or Mexico is a plus).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to define deliverables and keep them on track.
  • Experience working in a remote-first organization.
  • Fluency in business English (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivation, organization, accuracy, confidence, authenticity, results orientation, openness, and enthusiasm.
