About This Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative Sr. Manager SEC Reporting with strong financial and accounting expertise to play a key role in ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements while managing the company's financial reporting processes.

What We're Looking For

In this role, you will act as a key contributor in the preparation and review of the Company's public reports, including SEC filings. You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
  2. Coordination with management, external auditors, and internal resources to ensure timely preparation and review of all SEC filings.
  3. Lead technical accounting research and prepare documentation, including technical memorandums, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory standards.
  4. Oversight of the complete filing of SEC documents, including exhibits, from start to finish.
  5. Demonstration of advanced knowledge in stock-based compensation and oversight of equity management with third-party providers.
  6. Leadership of the quarterly reviews, year-end audits, and other regulatory review processes with external auditors.
  7. Completion of quarterly debt covenant analysis.
  8. Application of advanced understanding of Revenue Recognition (ASC 606).
  9. Assistance with SOX controls related to financial reporting.
  10. Provision of ad hoc financial reports to Executive Management as needed.
  11. Participation in departmental projects to enhance efficiency and build processes.
