- Solve coding challenges and create instructions to help others.
- Review code before it goes into the model and engage with a variety of projects.
- 3+ years of experience in a software engineering/software development role.
- Complete fluency in the English language.
- Ability to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in writing.
- Solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
- Proficiency with Java.
We offer a flexible schedule, with the ability to set your own hours. You will be paid according to time spent on the platform, calculated in the coding exercises. Our compensation rates vary based on location and experience, with expectations of 15+ hours per week.
We are a long-term contract, with no end date. We expect to have work for the next 2 years, but you can end the contract at any time. We hope you will commit to 12 months of work, but if you start and it's not a fit for you, we totally understand.

You'll perform a simulated production-level task (RLHF task) on the platform, which will be your final interview and determine your employment and leveling.
