At WorldTeams, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality restaurant projects.

About the Role

We're looking for an architect with a strong background in designing restaurant spaces. You'll be responsible for creating detailed architectural plans and models that bring our clients' visions to life.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models for restaurant projects using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Create and present design concepts, layouts, and specifications that meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
  • Review and modify designs based on client feedback and project constraints.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • +5 years of experience as an architect.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Restaurant Projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other related software.
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices.
  • Strong design and visualization skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • A great plus: Previous experience working for US clients.
