Uptalent is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer & Land Surveyor

The successful candidate will bring a combination of technical skill and industry experience to the role while completing projects that match the high standards of Uptalent. The Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor will be responsible for a range of duties, including site inspection, data analysis, and management of project timelines.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on the design and development of various projects, including land surveying, concept plans, road design, waterwaste management, and drainage.
  • Analyze data to determine project requirements and timelines.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to junior team members.
  • Contribute to the creation of project proposals and reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
  • Proficiency in software such as Civil 3d, Autocad, Bentley MicroStation, or Revit.
  • Previous experience working on the U.S and Canadian Market, being familiar with local codes and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
