Job Description

As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and engage guests with warmth and efficiency, providing exceptional customer service
  • Exceed guest expectations consistently, cultivating a reputation for exceptional service
  • Maintain attentiveness to guests' needs throughout their visit, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Keep displays immaculate, merchandise stocked, signage visible, and products rotated regularly
  • Educate guests on our wide range of musical products confidently and informatively
  • Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude, promoting effective teamwork and respect
  • Foster positive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and management through respectful and open communication
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, effectively prioritizing tasks in a sometimes pressurized environment
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in the store environment
  • Possess general knowledge of Band & Orchestra instruments, assisting customers with expertise and insight
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A passion for the music industry and a solid understanding of Band & Orchestra Instruments
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, embracing challenges with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to follow-through and prioritization
  • Familiarity with general accounting and cash register operations
  • Availability for part-time work, approximately 20-30 hours per week, including some weekends
  • Ability to provide coverage at our Menifee store as needed
