About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Netskope. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for driving adoption and growth of our cybersecurity solutions across various customer segments.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Deliver regular business reviews to customers, highlighting successes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with senior customer stakeholders, articulating Netskope's value proposition and promoting long-term strategic partnerships.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in customer success management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and business acumen, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
