Chief Financial Strategist

You will be responsible for developing and implementing cost reduction initiatives, overseeing finance department operations, and preparing budgets aligned with our strategic objectives. Additionally, you will conduct regular assessments of financial procedures, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as necessary.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who can lead our finance team with confidence. You will provide guidance, feedback, and support to your colleagues, helping them grow professionally and achieve their goals.

• Develop and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Oversee finance department operations, set goals, and design frameworks to achieve them
• Prepare budget and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Conduct regular assessments of financial procedures and implement improvements as necessary
• Review finance team work, provide guidance, feedback, and support

We offer a competitive salary of $120-140 per hour (equivalent to $2,000-2,500 per month), with ongoing pay rate increments once a year based on performance.
