  Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the success of multiple projects from schematic design through construction administration.
  • Produce accurate drawings, conceptual designs, renderings, models, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to work on various luxury residential design projects.

  Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of Lumion and Autocad would be advantageous.
  • Experience creating and understanding project documentation.
  • Familiarity with building codes, standards, and construction processes.

  Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Between 2-5 years' professional experience in high-end, conceptually driven residential architectural design.
  • Current residence in Caracas, Venezuela, or willingness to relocate.
