About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is a quota-carrying position that requires an intense focus on high-velocity prospecting and developing new opportunities with senior executives in companies with an annual revenue of $250m+.

The ideal candidate will have B2B prospecting experience engaging with multiple personas from end-buyers to senior leaders. They will be a self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly activity and output goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to identify prospective clients
  • Convert research into a messaging narrative that aligns to known and hypothesized buying triggers
  • Generate leads by engaging prospective buyers via cold call, cold email, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings
  • Identify the needs of prospective buyers
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Schedule meetings between prospective clients and Xenon Group team leadership
  • Be accountable for weekly, monthly and quarterly results
  • Maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within the CRM application
  • Participate in weekly coaching and development meetings
Requirements:
  • Have 2+ years in a high velocity sales environment as a top performing SDR/BDR
  • Have high proficiency in English within a business environment
  • Have been successful working for a U.S. based tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling
  • Experience with CRM and SEM software
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
