Job Title: Insurance Property Inspector

We are seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections in various locations.

• Conduct thorough surveys of residential and commercial properties to assess their condition and value.
• Take high-quality photos of the property to provide a visual record of its state.
• Obtain accurate property details, including dimensions, materials used, and any notable features or defects.
• Submit detailed reports online, highlighting key findings and recommendations for further action.

• A reliable vehicle for transportation to inspection sites is essential.
• A Microsoft computer with Windows 10 or newer operating system is required for submitting reports and accessing client information.
• A smartphone or digital camera is necessary for taking photos and documenting property conditions.
• A stable internet connection at home is necessary for submitting reports and communicating with clients.
• Basic computer and communication skills are required for success in this role.
