Maintenance Specialist

As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, installing, servicing, and repairing equipment related to property management. You will work under general supervision to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Perform maintenance tasks associated with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry trades
• Install, service, and repair equipment related to property management
• Complete plant maintenance documents and maintain tools and equipment
• Perform clean-up and housekeeping tasks as required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 2-5 years of experience in trade-related fields
• Licenses and certifications as required by law
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $65,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
