Key Responsibilities
  • We're seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Website Designer and Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • The ideal candidate will create concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for integrating website components efficiently.
  • Ongoing optimization of website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness, is crucial.
  • The successful candidate will implement and customize third-party integrations, perform comprehensive testing and debugging, and maintain websites with updates, backups, and security enhancements.
Essential Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, facilitating clear interactions with clients via Zoom and Trello boards.
  • Leadership skills to manage junior website developers.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Detailed understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and implementation.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
