Job Description:
As a Scrum Master, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our innovative projects by guiding agile teams towards delivering exceptional software products.
Responsibilities:
- Foster an agile culture within the organization by promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to agile practices by monitoring and implementing necessary actions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage project risks by identifying, tracking, and mitigating potential issues.
- Support team performance by monitoring progress and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate team discussions and resolve conflicts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Clickup, Asana).
- Knowledge of risk management techniques.
- Coaching and mentoring skills.
- Experience in the tech industry.
