Role OverviewThis internship role as a Recruitment Specialist will support the organization in attracting top talent by handling tasks such as hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training.
Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts top talent.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist in creating job postings, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate applications.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to build strong working relationships, and demonstrate a willingness to learn about recruitment tools and techniques.
Requirements- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR principles is preferred but not mandatory.
- A strong willingness to learn about recruitment tools and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively in remote team settings.
- Availability to dedicate 10 hours per week, ensuring active participation from Monday to Friday.
- Creativity and a proactive attitude to contribute innovative ideas for enhancing recruitment processes.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
