Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Wakapi Software. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated infrastructure solutions on AWS CloudFormation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation
  • Implement security measures across infrastructure and processes to ensure data protection and compliance
  • Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software delivery
  • Automate build processes, environment setups, testing scripts, deployments, and monitoring of staging and production environments
  • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of DevOps tools and processes
  • Ensure the quality of the product through functional, performance, security, and usability testing
  • Document technical designs and implementation details

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar DevOps Engineer role
  • Proven expertise in AWS CloudFormation and Azure
  • Hands-on experience with Serverless framework, AWS Lambda, and Python Flask app deployment
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
