Strategic Digital Project Director for High-Profile CMS Initiatives

As a seasoned digital project lead at Rad Hires, you will oversee high-profile CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the day-to-day project lead for assigned active projects, exhibiting senior-level ownership over project scopes, client meetings, written status updates, demos, risk management, and iterative scope management.
- Consistently track and analyze project progress and budget burn, working with group leadership to escalate concerns and mitigate risks.
- Ensure superior quality deliverables by engaging cross-discipline leadership and enforcing rigorous QA processes.
- Lead discovery engagements that define cross-discipline project requirements and demonstrate an expert understanding of client business goals.
- Identify opportunities to engage with our client's Account Management Team and collaborate towards building strong client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, escalations, comprehensive updates, and senior-level consultation.
About You
You have experience delivering full-scope CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, preferably in an agency environment. Your roles and responsibilities have been primarily client-facing, requiring excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
In this role, you can expect a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
