**Job Overview**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Director to join our Engineering team. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, contribute to business development activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**

• Manage project development teams across multiple sites and regions.
• Work closely with the Director of Engineering Services to support project development and ensure timely completion.
• Establish budget estimates for Preliminary and Investment Grade Audit stages.
• Track deadlines, targets, and budgets for projects in the Product Development stage.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, architectural, or electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineering License from the State of California.
• Experience in high-performance buildings and energy conservation is required.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
