Maintenance Engineer

**Lead a Team of Experts in Manufacturing**

Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Your primary focus will be on planning, implementing, and managing maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are safe, efficient, and effective.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans, build technical skills in our maintenance team, and participate in daily management systems meetings. You will also partner with our Asset and Reliability team to drive system improvements and execute special maintenance tasks.
