Responsibilities:
- Respond to all incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Schedule appointments for our technicians and maintain an updated record of performance.
- Send quotes and follow up with customers on updates.
- Work with suppliers on orders and update our CRM system.
- Support our sales department with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
