Licensed Psychotherapist Role

This full-time and part-time Licensed Psychotherapist role provides a chance to work with diverse clientele, including children, teens, adults, and couples, in a comfortable and fully equipped office space.

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our team of experienced therapists. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field, an Active CA BBS license, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a caseload of 30 active clients for full-time and 20 active clients for part-time, providing high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes in a timely and legally compliant manner.

Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team, contributing to a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development.
