We are seeking experienced insurance property inspectors to join our team in the Greater Valencia City area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to work independently and determine their own hours.

About the Role

As an insurance property inspector, you will be responsible for surveying both residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, and submitting a report online.

Requirements
  • Reliable vehicle for transportation to inspections
  • Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
  • Smartphone or digital camera
  • Reliable home internet
  • Basic computer and communication skills
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000 based on industry standards and location.
