Job Overview:

The EyeCare Advisor creates a positive impression on our customers by delivering personalized attention and expert advice on optical products and services. This role involves working closely with doctors and retail teams to ensure flawless execution of patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough completion of tasks, such as processing orders, handling customer payments, and maintaining patient records.
  • Develop strong product knowledge, describing features and benefits of various lenses and frames to customers.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or optical industries
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators
  • Sales skills
  • Basic math skills
