Job Description:

This is a full-time remote role for an Accountant at Accounting Source. The accountant may be responsible for daily bookkeeping tasks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reporting, payroll, reconciliation of various accounts, preparation of financial statements, and more.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and record invoice payments with accuracy and adherence to coding standards.
  • Organize, secure, and maintain financial records and cash equivalents in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage and analyze computerized financial information.
  • Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data.
  • Classify, code, and summarize financial data for record-keeping using various accounting tools.
  • Prepare and distribute various financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports.
