">We are seeking an experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead our store operations and drive business results. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing daily store operations, implementing company initiatives, and motivating team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

- Manage daily store operations and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery">
- Implement and execute company initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction">
- Motivate and train team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets">
- Meet or exceed performance targets by understanding and following company strategies">
- Recommend, sell, advise, and provide exceptional customer service to guests">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- 1 year of automotive tire retail and service repair sales experience">
- 1 year of experience in a management capacity">
- Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with guests and team members">
- Tires and product knowledge, as well as mechanical services, are highly desirable">
- Experience working face-to-face with guests in a fast-paced environment">
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks">
- Detail-oriented and willingness to learn and grow with the company">
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license">
- Physical ability to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning">
