SEC Reporting Role

TEEMA seeks a Technical Accounting Specialist to support our financial reporting process. The ideal candidate will have experience in public accounting and technical accounting.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules.
  • Assist with technical accounting research and prepare documentation, including technical memorandums.
  • Work closely with management, external auditors, and internal resources to ensure timely preparation and review of all SEC filings.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a public company reporting function (Active CPA preferred).
  • Experience with public accounting (Big 4 and/or national accounting firm is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
