Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team at Dheya. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitating Scrum Events: Conduct and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Guiding the Product Owner: Provide advice and guidance to the Product Owner on managing the Product Backlog and prioritizing features.
  • Developing Agile Teams: Foster an agile mindset and culture within the organization, promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring Agile Practices: Monitor and ensure that teams are following agile principles and practices effectively.
  • Managing Project Risks: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Supporting Team Performance: Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement necessary actions.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work with external stakeholders as needed, such as vendors or suppliers.
