Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Real Estate Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team at Remote Excellence LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in the U.S. real estate market and possess strong communication and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with lead generation and follow-ups, and manage CRM systems to keep records up to date.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules, and work independently to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and strong persuasive and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the U.S. real estate market and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
