Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Contracts Specialist to join our Maintenance Solutions Department (MSD). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in developing and deploying programs to evaluate contract management across the Global Manufacturing portfolio and provide value-adding improvement recommendations.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy value-adding programs to assess facilities' contract management performance
- Review and analyze facilities' performance for continuous improvement
- Assist in establishing guidelines for integrated contract management processes
- Conduct frequent assessments of facilities' contracts management, planning, procurement, and administration

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 10 years of experience in contract management in the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
