Roofing Systems Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Systems Specialist to join our team at the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers Association. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assessing clients' roofing needs and carrying out repairs to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed inspections and analyses of assigned jobs to identify technical requirements and provide solutions to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections daily or as required to verify workmanship, safety standards, customer service, and site maintenance.
• Assist with confirming materials and work methods, taking proper measurements, and ensuring all required materials and equipment are received on site.
• Maintain a clean and tidy job site, ensuring due care of client property and grounds, particularly in adverse weather conditions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, emergency response, first aid, accident investigation, and subject matter expertise related to roofing systems.
• Ability to assess clients' roofing needs, identify repair requirements, and develop effective solutions to meet customer expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with clients, staff, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in using equipment and materials safely and efficiently, with knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
