BairesDev, a technology leader with over 15 years of experience, is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Owner to join its Research & Development Team. This dynamic team plays a vital role in delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive significant revenue.

The ideal candidate will possess solid experience as an Agile Product Owner, with a minimum of 5 years in similar roles. A background in business analysis, including capturing functional requirements and understanding user pain points, is also essential. Additional experience as a project manager or software developer is highly valued.

In this exciting role, you will create and maintain robust product roadmaps and backlogs, working closely with development teams to size and estimate features, epics, and user stories. You will attend daily scrums to resolve product roadblocks, answer questions about stories, and validate 'done' stories.

Your responsibilities will include reporting status to stakeholders on a regular basis through product demos, as well as risks and opportunities. You will support the sales process by building business cases to ensure product investment and assist with analysis and market research as needed.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on multiple phases and projects across a singular client, while managing the continuous improvement of the product. As a key member of the Product Management process, you will contribute to establishing and managing it, recognizing business opportunities and resolving them through technical expertise.

We are looking for a results-oriented individual with negotiation skills and good communication, who is able to manage control and monitoring tools, and ensure the quality of the products. If you have advanced English language skills and are comfortable working remotely, we encourage you to apply.
