Job Summary:The Facilities Operations Manager oversees maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all aspects of facilities maintenance, including preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain budget-friendly solutions for facilities maintenance and repairs.
