We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Operation Specialist to facilitate our incoming tour operation in Venezuela. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

About the Role

This is a critical role that requires the ability to manage full accommodations, including air, hotel, transfers, and excursions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for quote management from date of issue until travel date and perform other duties as required.

Responsibilities
  • Complete tour operation management
  • Manage full accommodations (air, hotel, transfers, and excursions)
  • Quote management from date of issue until travel date
  • Data entry and clerical accounting work
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with inbound tour operators, travel agencies, or airlines. A college degree is preferred but not mandatory. Good attendance is mandatory, and the ideal candidate should possess strong customer service, verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Additionally, proficiency in email, online booking tools, and contracted fares is crucial. The perfect candidate will excel in managing face-to-face interactions with our overseas clients and should be detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $4,500-$5,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
