Quik Travel Staffing seeks highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologists to perform diagnostic studies utilizing radiopharmaceuticals and imaging equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of radiopharmacology, nuclear medicine principles, and imaging techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Obtains and evaluates patient-related information to produce high-quality images.
- Demonstrates knowledge of age-related factors to ensure appropriate image production.
- Provides quality services to client facilities and patients.
- Administers intravenous or venous line injections of radiopharmaceuticals as authorized by the physician.
- Operates and manipulates gamma camera equipment to produce and process images.
- Ensures safe transfers and assistance to patients.
Requirements:
- Current License/Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist issued by the State of California, Department of Health Services.
- Must have CA License IN HAND to Apply.
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR card and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification if required.
