Branch Manager Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Rico Branch. This includes analyzing financial reports, assigning tasks to personnel, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working in the Banking Industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Branch, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Supervise and develop personnel within the Branch, providing training and guidance as required.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements:
