Job Description
The Branch Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our branches. This includes administering, planning, organizing, analyzing, and accomplishing branch objectives, as well as solving problems and situations within the unit. The successful candidate will also supervise, evaluate, and develop branch personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourages business development by effectively managing the branch.
  • Analyzes and promotes the objectives and targets of the unit.
  • Analyzes daily financial reports.
  • Assigns tasks to personnel in accordance with their knowledge and experience.
  • Guarantees the delivery of an appropriate quality of service satisfying client needs.
  • Enforces compliance of applicable laws, policies, and regulations within the branch.
  • Manages and controls cash, including daily deposits, petty cash, and cash register tally.
  • Maintains delinquency and loss potential at the minimum level and within established objectives.
