Scrum Team Facilitator

The Scrum Team Facilitator will be instrumental in promoting an agile mindset and culture within the organization. This includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies, guiding the Product Owner on best practices for managing the Product Backlog, and fostering collaboration among team members.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting and facilitating Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Advising the Product Owner on prioritizing features and managing the Product Backlog effectively.
• Promoting an agile culture within the organization, emphasizing collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar position within the IT industry. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with coaching and mentoring abilities, are also required.

In addition, you should possess strong organizational and time management skills, experience with agile project management tools, knowledge of risk management techniques, and experience in the tech industry.
