To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 10 years of professional software experience, with more than 2 years in a role focused primarily on infrastructure/platform. You should have made an impact in previous organizations and driven technical excellence through improvements to process, practices, and tools.

You'll also need strong communication skills, an ownership mindset, and a passion for education. Plus, you'll enjoy working in a pair programming environment and be comfortable with responsibility and accountability.
