Job Description:

At Unybrands Ltd, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Creative Asset Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining our file structure, ensuring that all files are properly organized and easily accessible. This includes moving existing files from SharePoint and Azure into appropriate folders, identifying and consolidating creative assets, and creating a shared folder for supply chain, creative, and BM teams.

Additionally, you will be responsible for loading assets onto PlayBook, a digital asset sharing platform. This requires strong file organization and data management skills, as well as experience in the creative field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain file structure
  • Migrate files from SharePoint and Azure
  • Consolidate creative assets
  • Load assets onto PlayBook
