About the Role
The Sales Support Specialist position plays a crucial role in driving sales growth by providing exceptional support to our customers, business partners, and sales team. Key responsibilities include customer support, client and partner onboarding, contract review and generation, and collaborating with the sales team to increase sales revenues and margins. The ultimate goal of this role is to foster strong relationships with customers, positioning New Horizon Medical Solutions as their go-to resource for products, services, and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process orders and respond to internal and external customer inquiries.
  • Provide timely quotations for products and services.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales force to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products, including alternatives, backorder times, quotations, delivery, and potential return items or incomplete orders.
  • Work closely with manufacturers to coordinate order shipment, pricing, returns, and resolving customer issues.
  • Resolve day-to-day servicing inquiries directly with account contacts via email and phone for enrollment, billing, and claims inquiries.
  • Partner with suppliers' representatives to understand pricing, lead-time, return authorizations, and product training to better serve customers and build strong partnerships.
  • Create and maintain organized client records and notes for cross-departmental use, including summaries of pending orders and issues.
