Job Description:

The Government of Western Australia Department of Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join its Child Development Service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with infants, children, and young people with developmental concerns, delays, and disorders.

About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist with our Child Development Service, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing assessment and intervention services. You will work closely with families, clinicians, and other health professionals to address developmental concerns and support the child's full potential. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and treatment sessions for children with developmental concerns
- Work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized plans
- Conduct home visits and community-based interventions as needed

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Eligibility for registration by the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
