Employee Onboarding Expert

We're looking for an exceptional Employee Onboarding Expert to join our team in LATAMRemote. As a key member of our EOR Operations department, you'll be responsible for leading the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance and seamless documentation.

You'll work closely with our Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to deliver a smooth experience for both clients and their employees.

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including verification and preparation of employment packages.
• Take charge of the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, meeting all operational requirements to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate and address evolving needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience, with a strong background in people operations.
• Expertise in employment contracts and legally binding documents.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar.
