About the Job

As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for project output while leading the project team and integrating employees into the project. You will manage projects both technically and in terms of content in compliance with company processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and track project-specific technical skills of employees and provide project-specific technical training.
  • Empower the team to recognize and solve problems themselves and provide necessary support.
  • Set new, higher targets for yourself and the team with relevant metrics to exceed expectations.
  • Look at the profitability of activities and projects, implement measures to improve profitability.
  • Be a trustworthy interface to the customer and be responsible for billing and control of services and compliance with contractual agreements.
Requirements
  • German native speaker/C1 English business fluent.
  • Successfully completed studies in STEM (Computer science, Electrical engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, ...).
  • Project Management certificates and broad experiences in several years of project management.
  • Software project management experience.
  • Automotive background is necessary.
  • ADAS/AD background.
Skills
  • Strong project management skills and board project management experience.
  • Led projects for at least 2 years.
  • Has managed projects over the entire project cycle.
  • Professional interaction with the customer and external stakeholders.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Highly self-organized and solution-oriented.
