Physiotherapy Group Facilitator

At South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS), we provide rehabilitation services to patients in non-medical community facilities, offering a discharge option for those requiring physiotherapy intervention after hospital or outpatient care.

• We are seeking motivated and dynamic physiotherapists to join our team on a part-time basis with fixed-term contracts across the metropolitan area.
• This role may lead to extension and/or permanency, with successful applicants placed in a pool from which appointments may be made to fill positions in both the North East and South East Metropolitan areas.

• To deliver individual programs within a group environment in various settings – gyms, land-based, and hydrotherapy.
• Cater to a range of clinical specialties including musculoskeletal, neurological, falls/frailty, and cardiopulmonary.
• Provide home exercise programs and teach self-management strategies to facilitate clients to maximize their potential and live independently in the community.
