**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our founding sales team at LatamCent. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in establishing new business relationships, managing leads, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing new business relationships through daily cold calls.
- Engaging potential clients on LinkedIn and maintaining a professional online presence.
- Managing a pipeline of leads and advancing the sales process using HubSpot and Apollo.
- Developing a deep understanding of client needs within the staffing industry.
- Adapting to evolving market conditions and internal company changes.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a successful SDR, consistently exceeding quota.
- A high level of business acumen with the ability to anticipate client needs.
- C1 level English proficiency with exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and a genuine passion for sales and professional growth.
